We have two manufacturing facilities, one in Shanghai and one in Sichuan province, which take advantage of the larger labor pool and lower manufacturing costs available in these areas. Each facility has advanced equipment, sophisticated technology and a scientific management system. Our machines include Heidelberg and Komori printing machines, varnishing/ lamination/foil stamping/ silkscreen/debossing & embossing/ diecutting machines; casebound/ limpbound/ saddle stitching book binding lines, and wire-O/spiral machines, etc.

We understand both the quality and ethical requirements of your job. We have our own QC (quality control) team who are available to fully inspect jobs and can also offer third party inspections. We offer advice and help with safety testing and the latest safety regulations for your products and make sure your final product is a safe one. Our children’s books go through strict testing and are produced according to the major toy safety standards such as CPSIA, ASTM, and EN71. Our plant has been certified by ISO-9001, BSCI, ICTI, Disney, and FSC.

We’ve taken a proactive strategy in addressing the continued rise of labor and manufacturing costs. Our primary facility is in Sichuan Province, where we specialize in complex hand assembly of print projects. Our Shanghai facility in northern China provides a wide range of other print products, where we can achieve high standard results and manage our costs efficiently.
